Description
The Grand Banks 46 Europa series is one of the most popular of the classic Grand Banks fleet.
When you step aboard this beautiful 46 Europa you will immediately find yourself on the spacious aft deck. Here, the Europa series from Grand Banks connects indoor and outdoor living. Two sliding doors achieve this by combining the aft deck with the cozy saloon. Next to this sliding door is the staircase that leads to the fly bridge.
On this spacious flybridge there is enough space for the skipper and seven others to enjoy the outdoors while sailing. When the sun is bright, the bimini top can be unfolded here to continue enjoying in the shade.
if it is not weather to sit outside, you can always retire to the saloon.
In the saloon there is a comfortable L-shaped corner sofa with two bucket seats opposite. These together forms a beautiful sitting area where you can also dine on the fold-out table in the middle. To make life on board even more comfortable, this yacht has Kabola central heating system.
The enlarged galley is connected to this spacious sitting area. What Grand Banks is known for is the amount of storage space and there is no shortage of that in this galley either. Under the "aft deck" is a washing machine, dryer and freezer. Partly because of this, this is an extremely suitable yacht to spend a extended time on board.
The steering position is located next to the kitchen. Here the skipper has two 300 hp Caterpillar engines to operate by means of the optional single-lever Kobelt engine control.
When you walk down you will see two spacious cabins, both with an ensuite bathroom. The first cabin has two single beds, lots of storage and of course the ensuite bathroom for optimal privacy.
When you pass the first cabin you arrive in the 'captains suite' with a spacious, free-standing bed. Again, there is enough storage space for all your luggage on board. Here too, the suite is equipped with an ensuite bathroom for optimal privacy.
All in all, this Grand Banks 46 Europa is a spacious and luxurious yacht for long trips on the water, but is also ideal for a nice weekend of sailing.
