Description
With its 49 feet, the 'Margana' has enough space for an extended stay and to make long trips with several people on board. The front cabin of the Grand Banks contains a V-shaped bed and on the port side, there is another front cabin located with two single beds. Those two cabins share a bathroom and the large owner's cabin at the back of the ship has its own bathroom. Furthermore, the owner's cabin is provided with a freestanding bed.
The kitchen of the 'Margana' is equipped with a Seallard stove and a double refrigerator. The spacious saloon has a long corner sofa on the starboard side with two chairs on the other side. There is hot air heating for added comfort on colder days, but the ship is also provided with air conditioning for warmer days.
With the strong 16 kW generator, it is possible to stay longer in places with no shore power. With the gangway, you can easily get off the Grand Banks when it's located at the back of the dock.
The 'Margana' is equipped with two strong Caterpillar 375 hp engines and the NAIAD stabilizers make sailing comfortable, even in unfavorable weather conditions. In 2022, the Grand Banks was fitted with new antifouling.
