Grand Banks 52 Heritage Europa ‘Xanado’

Accommodations aboard the Grand Banks 52 Heritage Europa 'Xanado' can easily accommodate six to seven adults, with ample living space to meet your every need. An extensive kitchen, separate dinette, large saloon and an unobstructed view from the steering position to the aft deck give these Grand Banks a very spacious layout. The flybridge also forms a beautiful and spacious outdoor area to enjoy with the family.
Despite being built in 1999, 'Xanado' has only had two owners. The yacht is therefore very popular with the lucky ones who have been allowed to call themselves owners.

Once on board the 'Xanado' you will immediately find yourself in the spacious and also lockable aft cockpit for which the Grand Banks Europe line is known. The beautiful sliding door that leads to the spacious saloon connects the indoor outdoor living on board. Once you have arrived in the salon, you will immediately see the space that this 52 footer has to offer.
So much space in fact that the 'Xanado', in addition to a very spacious lounge, also has a dinette opposite the kitchen. This is a unique extra that only this model can offer you. So spacious, in fact, that a desk has been built against the kitchen with a beautiful view outside.

In addition to the spacious saloon, the 'Xanado' also offers headroom in the engine compartment. In this engine room are the two Cummins engines, each with 450 hp, with which 'Xanado' can achieve a top speed of around 20 knots.

Below deck there are three cabins, all of which have a double bed. The two guest cabins have ample storage space, comfortable beds and views out through the portholes.
At the end of the hallway you will find the owner's cabin containing a French bed, a generous amount of space and an en-suite bathroom.
